How can you enable 2FA on Clientshare Pulse?
Clientshare Pulse is a Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) workflow platform and we take your security seriously. Check out how to enable 2FA.
At Clientshare, we have the option for you to sign in using Single Sign On or SSO. However, SSO is not available for everyone. With your security in mind, we do offer 2 Factor Authentication to protect you and your data.

Ksenia: Hi there. Enabling 2 factor authentication on Clientshare pulse is easy. First of all, log in to the tool. Secondly, select your profile image that would be located on the top right hand side of your page. And from the options below, please select profile.
Now you'd see different features here that help you manage your user account. From the top, panel, please select security. And if you scroll down a little bit, you'd be able to see 2 step verification feature, right in front of you. For those see 2 step verification feature, right in front of you. For those of you that don't use single sign on, as a method of logging into the tool, please just simply move the toggle here and make sure to save all the changes.
By following these simple steps, you'd be able to enable 2 step verification for your account. For those users that, like myself, use single sign on as a method of logging into the tool, this page won't be available to you, including the 2 step verification feature. However, if you'd like to learn more about security of your account, please visit your Microsoft user account, and you'd be able to learn more. Thank you for listening.
