Olivia: Hi, for those that don't know me already, my name is Olivia Marr and I'm a Customer Success Manager here at Clientshare. What I'm going to be showing you today is how to turn on optional or mandatory scoring, which sits within the settings. So to find the settings, you want to click on the top right where your profile is and you want to select workspace settings.

Then you want to select customisation. Now if you scroll all the way to the bottom. You will see a certain number of review settings. So, the one that you want to select is allow account managers to make NPS and CSAT scoring optional on reviews. If this is enabled, um, when your account manager is creating a review, they can select whether to set the scoring as mandatory or optional.

So this means that a client either has to score before moving on to the content section
onto the action section, or otherwise they can skim through all of the review and still be able to score you every time. So you want to toggle that on, and there we go. That is now set for that workspace.

If you have multiple workspaces, make sure you do this for all of the workspaces that it's necessary. Um, you won't be able to do this on an account by account basis, but you will be able to do it for each workspace or sector. If you do have any other questions, please do contact support at myclientshare.com and we'll be sure to help you. Thank you.
