How to delete a Pulse review
There are several reasons why you might need to delete a review, for example you may have sent the review as a test or perhaps you are starting over again with a customer.as a test or maybe. It happens! Below, you will find a step-by-step guide to deleting a review. Don’t forget 2 key things: (a) you may not have to delete the review, instead you can just edit it (change content, typos etc.) via the Edit function and (b) in order to delete a review, you need to be an administrator on Clientshare Pulse
Head to the “Analytics” page
1. Click “Analytics” on the left-hand side of the page, below “+Create”.
Select the review you want to delete
2. There will be a list of previous reviews that have been sent to your clients. Select the review you wish to delete from this list.

Click on the 3 dots next to the review
3. To the right of the review, hover over the 3 “more options” dots. You will then see a drop down that says “delete” in red with a bin icon. Click on this icon.
Click the red delete button
4. You will be asked to check that you are certain this is the right review to delete and that you are sure you wish to delete it. Once you have done this final check, click the red “delete” button.
