October 2024 marked the 3rd anniversary of Clientshare Pulse. This milestone reflects three years of growth, innovation and success in redefining the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process. We’re excited to share key highlights from our journey so far, showcase client achievements, and offer a glimpse into the future of Pulse.
The evolution of Clientshare Pulse
Year 1 – Pulse is launched
We launched Pulse in October 2021 at the wonderful Royal Society of Arts, where industry leaders joined us for an inspiring event. Over 50 enterprises attended to see how Pulse would revolutionise the way QBRs would be conducted. Clientshare’s Founder and Managing Director, James Ward, took them through the platform and set the ball rolling on Pulse’s success.
Year 2 – Key features are introduced
Over the next 12 months, Pulse’s growth accelerated as we introduced key features of the tool, such as NPS integration. These innovations empowered clients, giving them essential insights for retention and expansion, delivering a measurable impact on customer satisfaction.
Year 3 – Pulse goes global
In our third year, Clientshare Pulse expanded into the North American market, establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with industry leaders including Compass Group, Xerox and SEKO. With Pulse growing at 100% YoY, and Clientshare now being used by 1-in-2 of the FTSE 100 and 1-in-3 of the S&P, we are truly supporting client engagement on a global scale.
You can read about how businesses across the world are using Pulse to their benefit on our Customer Stories page.
The future of Pulse
As we celebrate this milestone, we’re excited about the roadmap for Pulse, which is being driven by the needs of our customers. The companies we’re working with tell us they fight so hard to win contracts but then often lose margin at renewal because they have not adequately demonstrated all the great work they’ve been doing. The demand for high-quality QBRs is evident, with 74% of enterprises missing key opportunities with their accounts due to poor-quality business reviews.
Coming in 2025 and built on insights from tens of thousands of reviews, Pulse 2.0 will feature AI-driven content creation, risk analysis and seamless third-party data integration, positioning us at the forefront of QBR innovation. Account Managers will be able to create, present and share their QBRs in one place, while the wider team will be able to measure account health easily and accurately. Pulse’s advancements will ensure our clients can continue to see the ROI of Pulse as they effectively retain and grow their contracts through better business conversations.
Thank you
When reflecting on Pulse’ journey over the past few years, James Ward said, “Three years have flown by. I’d like to thank our clients for their trust and our team for their dedication to our values of professionalism, results, and client focus. We couldn’t have achieved this without you, and we’re excited for what lies ahead.”
