How to navigate your Account Dashboard
Chris Jones takes us through how to navigate your Client Dashboard.
Transcript:
Chris: Hi, this will be a video about how to manage your license level dashboard. Now your license will be either your client or account that sits within your business unit, sector or region. You can see here that I've selected my organization, the business unit or sector or we call it workspace and then your client.
Now this client specific dashboard only contains information specific to this individual client. Here you'll be able to see the score cards. These are scores that are provided from reviews sent within this client.
You'll be able to filter by month or by pulse index question as well. Please make sure you have the most recent pulse index questions filter selected then you'll be able to see the scores that have been provided. Here you'll be able to see the average for the last six months and for the pulse index scores for all the reviews that have been sent during this time.
Again same here with your net promoter score as well. At the bottom you've got an average of your satisfaction rating for the four questions that have been provided within your reviews and by hovering over the stars you'll be able to see the exact average as well. Finally at the bottom you've got your recent feedback comments.
Now these are any comments that have been left within any of the reviews that have been sent within this client. You can also mark them as completed as well. In the middle section here at the top we have a create new review option.
This is for any account managers or users that wish to send reviews to this client specifically. By clicking create new review it will open up the review process and you'll be able to then create review. Below that is all the reviews that have been sent within this client.
By selecting one of these pop-up options here you'll be able to see the review in its entirety that has been sent to that client.
