Product Update: March 2025
Product updates:
- Improved notification email for low scores with further details about the scores that were submitted.
- Pulse Index Questions filter on organisation level now displays question sets for all workspaces in an organisation.
- Updated prompt on scorecards to encourage users to select the right Pulse Index Questions value if no data is displayed.
- Localisation feature supports a US date format for reviews.
- Updated names of fields in the review workflow to avoid misleading autocompletion by some browsers.
- New / updated profile pictures are saved automatically on upload.
- Improved the feedback submission experience when using a keyboard to navigate the review.
Product fixes:
- Fixed instances of ‘Missing profile picture’ modal being triggered incorrectly.
- Ensured leadership message and review branding preview are displayed correctly in all cases.
- Stopped occasional instances of new/ updated profile pictures not saving correctly.
- Reviewed and fixed instances of some review attachments missing.
- Ensured Pulse Index Questions filter values are displayed in all cases.
- Addressed occasional issue of a blank scoring page being displayed.
- Fixed occasional instances of Account Managers’ filters not displaying the correct results on the dashboard.
- Ensured file previews are shown for all users.

Product Update: February 2025
Product updates:
- Localisation feature now supports Turkish for reviews and recipient-facing communications.
- Written feedback is saved if the recipient navigates to a different page before submitting it.
Product fixes:
- All links added as content items now have thumbnails displayed in reviews.

- NEW FEATURE: Automations has been launched for all users with Customer Email Domains enabled, allowing leadership to create and send automated reminders to Account Managers to send their first/next Pulse review.

- Occasional instances of thumbnails not displaying have been fixed.

Product updates:
- Custom Email Domains are now enabled for multiregional Pulse Organisations.
- Introduced new rules for 'open review' reminders so they are no longer sent to recipients listed as colleagues.
Product fixes:
- Fixed 'Pulse Index Questions' filter that was not clickable in a few instances.
- Addressed keyboard navigation anomaly on scoring page of pulse review for some users.
Product Update: November 2024
Product updates:
- Continuing development of new Pulse 2.0 features. Next new feature currently due to be released before the end of 2024.
Product fixes:
- Stopped some customers with Custom Email Domains enabled having communications sent from the Clientshare domain.
Product Update: October 2024
Product updates:
- Review follow-up request process page made more clear: The thumbs up/down icons in the review follow-up section have been removed and a 'Submit' button has been added.
- Review content page adapts to the number of attachments: Thumbnails of content items now become bigger/smaller depending on the number of items added, making the best use of all the available space of the content page.
- Improved the review design: Various review design elements have been refreshed, including the progress tracker, the scoring page and the feedback page.
Product fixes:
- Chronological order of follow-up requests: Follow-up requests were displaying in the reverse order for some accounts. All requests are now arranged in date order, with the latest at the top of the list.
- Content preview load time reduced: The preview window of some content items was taking a long time to load for some accounts. The load time is now considerably reduced for all file sizes.

Product updates:
- Increased personalisation for user notification of new licences added to Organisation
Product fixes:
- Pulse domain flagged by scanning software, leading to its inclusion on some security vendors' warning lists. Google automatically triggered the domain to be blocked as a precaution. Pulse remained secure throughout and no risk was posed to users.
Following internal review, the Clientshare team worked with Google who reassessed, and removed, the restriction. All systems are now accessible, and no data was compromised. - Issue with export function for Pulse data fixed.

- Altered the ability to transfer licenses between workspaces
