How to schedule review notifications

How to schedule review notifications in the Clientshare Pulse Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) platform.

The Clientshare Pulse Quarterly Business Reviews platform allows you to schedule your QBRs ahead of time and send or receive reminders about those upcoming feedback meetings. It's a really powerful part of our platform that encourages attendance and the importance of maintaining your QBR routine.

Ksenia: Hi there. In this session, we'll cover a very simple, but in the same time, very powerful feature called scheduler. Now scheduler, once enabled, will make sure that you receive email, notifications in your email inbox, making sure that you remember to follow-up with your client via client share polls once the session, with them is conducted. Now I'll guide you through some very simple steps to make sure this feature is enabled for you. First of all, log in to the, Pulse tool and then select the client that you'd like to schedule your next review with.

In my case, I've preselected Sony account. However, by going to the left hand side panel and clicking on client tab, please select the client that applies to you. Now once selected, you will land on the dashboard page. And please make sure to stay on it as the scheduler feature is located on this page. Precisely, it's located right next to the middle column.

Right here. Once located, please click on it. And what you'll see next is the calendar for the current month. In my case, month of February. Now bearing in mind the next date for your session with your client, please select that date accordingly.

Now let's just imagine that the next time I speak to Sony account, would be 14th March. So that's when my session with the mistaken place. So for that reason, I select 14th March and click on save. Now by following these simple steps, the notifications would be saved and will be sent, bearing this date in mind. Precisely, what I will receive is the notification a week prior to the session, so on 7th March, and then one day prior to the session, which is then 13th March.

This way, it the system essentially makes sure that you have reminders in place and ensures that you follow-up with, your client via client share polls. Essentially, we find that this feature is very beneficial for those of you that either started using the platform recently or only are about to start, using this tool with their customers. Now if something changes with your client and you need to reschedule the session, it's very simple to make edits, in the scheduler feature. All you have to do is locate the scheduler feature and click on the cross right next to the date that you scheduled. And then, following the exactly same process, you have to just select the new date that you've agreed with your client.

For example, the next one would be 28th March. And so I click on the 28th and click on save. Now I know that for some of you, it may be the case that you have all of your sessions, with your clients planned for the next 6 months or perhaps even 12 months. Then what we can do is by clicking on the 28th March, we can go to the repeat button that says that sits right below the calendar. And then based on the, basis that you meet in with your clients, either weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, you can then select that.

There is always a custom feature, of course, to adapt to individual needs in this, sense. And once you've selected the one that applies to you, just go ahead and click on save. And this cadence will be saved in the scheduler too with notifications to go accordingly, to your email inbox when the time comes.
