Olivia Marr shows you how to manage and edit your notifications from Pulse.
Transcript:
Olivia: Hi for those of you that don't know me, my name is Olivia Marr and I'm Customer Success Manager here at Clientshare. What I'm going to be showing you today is how to find your notifications and how to edit them. So you want to click on your profile on the top right and then click on profile again.
You'll then see you have three tabs across the top, details, security and notifications. You want to select notifications and then you will see the type of notifications that you can receive So if you want to receive all of these, make sure they're all selected as these are now. If you don't want to receive a notification every time someone opens a review, for example, for the first time, you can deselect some of them.
You can then see in this drop down all of your accounts and you can make sure that all of your accounts that you want to receive notifications for are selected. So you can see, obviously I could select this one here and receive notifications for that. What I'll need to do is you need to make sure that you save the changes for this every time you come into this section and edit it.
So if I'm going to deselect that, I'm going to save the changes. And there we go. You found your notifications and you've edited them. Very easy. If you do have any other questions regarding notifications or using the system, please do contact support@myclientshare. com and we'll be able to help you.
Thank you very much.
