Jasmine: Hi and welcome to this how to video. Today we're going to be looking at how to write an effective introduction message on your Pulse review. The introduction message is the first thing that your client will see when they open up the review. So we recommend that you include a thank you to your client for taking part in the review, a summary of any content that you've chosen to add, a summary of any actions and who they've been assigned to, and finally a prompt for your client to give you some scores and feedback.

You also have the option to upload or record a video message. This really helps to engage the client in the review process. And also it makes it a bit more personable. Preview what your introduction message will look like. If you scroll down to the bottom of the review format, and you can click preview here, here, you can see exactly what your client will see when they open the review process.

This is why we recommend adding a clear and concise introduction message, welcoming your client to the review process. Thank you for listening.
