How to add recipients
How to add recipients on Clientshare Pulse.
Clientshare Pulse is a Quarterly Business Reviews workflow platform with one-of-a-kind CSAT and NPS integration as standard and fully transparent data across all your clients.
We recommend you're sending your Quarterly Business Reviews to as many stakeholders as possible. The more feedback you can gather, whether that's NPS, CSAT or written feedback, the better you can improve your service, grow your contracts and retain your clients for long term healthy business relationships.

Ben: Hi there. For those of you that don't know me, my name is Ben, and I'm a Customer Success Manager here at Clientshare. So the purpose of today's video is to show you how you can add recipients to your client account in Pulse in order to send them a review when sending that Pulse out. So the first thing that you'll want to do is go to the left hand side under reviews and choose recipients. Now here you can see I've already added a few recipients, but this is one of the key areas that we recommend to upload as many recipients as you can.
The main reason being is that the more recipients you send your polls to, the more accurate and a truer representation of the feedback will be when your client submits that feedback as well. So if you want to add new clients or recipients, you can go to the right hand side and choose add recipients. Here, you simply fill in some of their basic contact details such as first name, last name, and email address as well as whether they're a client or a colleague. A client will be able to actually submit feedback on any polls that you send out, while a colleague will just be able to view the review as well. Once you've filled in the details and choose or chosen add recipient, you'll then be able to choose those recipients when sending that pulse going forward.
