Client and Colleague Views

Olivia Marr shows you the differences between how a client recipient would see the review you send, compared to a colleague recipient.

Olivia: Hi, for those of you that don't know me already, my name is Olivia and I'm a Customer Success Manager here at Clientshare. What I'm going to be showing you today is what your review emails look like if you are both client and if you are a colleague. So I'm going to start by showing you what the client review emails look like.

So they look very similar, in fact the same as they do for your clients and you'll see it's popped through and I'm just going to click view on this and it's going to take me straight through to the review. So that's what's going to open up here. As you can see in Re Automate as you can see  the review will be personalised to my name and it will have my client organisations at the top here. You can view the video that is part of the review here. And then you can click through into the next part.

You can then see you can preview and download any of the content you wanted to and you can see the score. Now this is where it differs from the client experience. So only clients will be able to provide scores. So if you add someone as a colleague they won't be able to provide scores. As you can see, there is a red circle saying feedback can only be given by clients.

Now that is the same as you go through to the feedback section. And again, the follow up section at the end is blanked out. This is a great way of giving visibility to your team and making sure that everyone is aligned. Now I will show you the client experience. So again, your client will receive the email into their inbox and they will click view and open up in the exact same way as the previous one did.

Now you can go through all of the same material as a colleague. But if we just skip to the scores page, you will see that your client gets a pop up saying if you score us, we'll plant a tree. Your client will then be able to fill in the scores out of five for the CSAT questions, and they'll also be able to submit the scores down at the bottom here for the Net Promoter Score.

You can then see the client will submit scores, and they'll have a lovely pop up saying the tree has been planted through Ecology, our partners. for joining us. Now if we go through to the feedback page just showing you how it differs from the colleague experience. now I'm just going to say great review, um, just as that's the piece of feedback that I want to submit to the leadership team.

I'm going to complete that there. And as you scroll down, you can see that it says, thanks for your feedback, I'll share this with my team and get back to you ASAP. Finally, you can go through to the would you like to speak to the leadership team and you can click yes please get in contact or no thank you. And that's all for showing you what the review looks like for both clients and colleagues.

If you have any questions please do let the Clientshare support team know. Thank you very much.
